We are a Community Interest Company who help older people wanting to return to the workforce. We are the only organisation delivering this kind of training in the High Peak and Tameside area.
We are a group of people who have been brought together by our shared desire to support people and communities.

Deliver free training, mentoring, and peer support opportunities to older people, enabling them to contribute something valuable.
We want to re-ignite their ability to contribute the wider community through employment, volunteering and improved wellbeing.

So far, over 80% of all attendees reported an increase in their confidence, and 50% of all attendees have gone on to gain paid employment or a voluntary role. Additionally, all participants have enjoyed the experience!
Our services for participants are totally free of charge, and are tailored around your goals and circumstances.

We know that older people have lots of experience and skills that are much needed by businesses. We want to help them contribute those assets to society!

Our Service
We will meet with you to understand your goals and skills. We will also provide a range of 4 week training sessions, 1-1 work mentoring and an opportunity to meet other people.
